Action: But more detail is needed. Make sure that both GSH to Info and
        Info to GSH functions are supported.

Resolved: There needs to be a framework to integrate the propagation
          and/or searching of information in the discovery process.

Resolved: May be extended by the VO concept.

  Comment: index (meta-data) perhaps also associated with a VO .
