that should fill a valuable niche.  Based on my
examination of this document, I am approving it
for 30-day public comment.

The 30-day "countdown" will start when this document is
added to the GGF main page and announced.  After
public comment, the authors will have the opportunity
to respond to comments and possibly make changes.
