We are attaching a revised version. This version was updated to address the (two) minor public comments that were received. Replies have been posted
to the forum.
Also we updated this version to use the OASIS Standard version of WSRF 1.2. Because of this update one compliance statement was deleted since the
problem it addressed was fixed in the OASIS standard version of WSRF 1.2.
Also the set of references had to be updated to use new versions of related specifications (e.g., WS-Addressing, WS-BaseNotification) in order to be
consistent with GFD.59.
Intermediate revisions (with revision tracking) are available on the ogsa gridforge site. See the following document entry:

Dear Author or Draft Editor-
Thank you for submitting your draft to the GGF Editor! In most cases the draft
will be assigned to an Area Director for review as the first step in the document
publication process.
The URL provided with this note allows you to track your submission and to
communicate with the GGF Editor or Area Director(s) who are reviewing the
draft. At the very bottom of the tracker display (web page) a detailed log of all
actions related to this submission is available.
You may also wish to alert your colleagues that the draft has been submitted, and from their GridForge accounts they may wish to monitor this item in
order to receive email any time action is taken regarding this submission.
Informational and Experimental drafts are reviewed by the GGF Editor and one
or more Area Directors. The GGF Editor will determine whether the draft is
ready for public comment, or if there are items for the author(s) to address
prior to public comment. This initial review generally takes no more than two
weeks.
Community Practice and Recommendations Track drafts require a GFSG review
prior to public comment. This can add 2-3 weeks to the initial GGF Editor
review depending on current workload of the GFSG.
Please do not hesitate to inquire about the status of your submission at any time by way of comments added to this tracker item, which will be
automatically emailed to the individual who appears in the "assigned to" field.
Thanks very much-
GGF Editor

Dear GGF Editor,
Please find revised document attached. As Tom Maguire explained before, security section was broken out into separate profiles. OGSA-WG expects
security profiles will be submitted in October.

Per the following email, this document will await further
input from the authors -- likely a changed submission.
"Hopefully you received a note from Andrew Grimshaw regarding the current
WSRF BP submission and holding it at the 'initial editor review'. During
the OGSA-WG F2F this week the group decided to break out the security
aspects into a separate document. The rough timeline and set of documents
will be approximately:
1) Updated OGSA WSRF Basic Profile 1.0 resubmission (early September)
2) New OGSA Security - Secure Channel Profile 1.0 (September)
3) New OGSA Security - Anonymous Channel Profile 1.0 (September)
Tom
"
The authors might choose to simply close this tracker, and open
a new one with the new document when it's ready. This document has
not yet undergone its first set of reviews (Editor review, then GFSG
review for Recommendation track).
