At an earlier meeting we agreed to include a container properties section based on the ESI table. At GGF17 this table ws
 revised by memebrsof the OGSA Information Modelling design team and discussed.

This document is attached and need to be incorporated into the spec. 

Some further discussion is required, as this is still in a draft state..
