This review is based on the second version of the document.
As Etienne explained in the initial review, this document looks more like “Project XYZ: Lessons Learned” rather than a use case. The document should be restructured according to the latest official use case template. Focus of the document should change from the list of problems faced during the project to a description of the actual use case explaining actors, systems, interfaces, and their interaction.
