Two sessions at GGF 13

As agreed on today's INFOD call, I've requested two sessions at GGF13:

    * INFOD 1 : INFOD Summary, Status and Use Cases https://forge.gridforum.org/tracker/?aid=1164
    * INFOD 2: INFOD Specification https://forge.gridforum.org/tracker/?aid=1165


I asked for the following:

    * No clashes with DAIS, OGSA (especially information and data subgroups), TM and CGS
    * Sessions early in the week
    * A room that takes up to 30 people
    * A projecter and screen
