Specification too complex

This comment reflectes the discussion of the specification at GGF 12. The content is taken from the minutes and the 
discussion on the GRAAP mailing list subsequent to the GGF. This comment does not represent my personal concern or that 
of IBM.

The specification appears to be too complex and hence difficult to implement. We should either simplify the 
specification or at least split it into:

- A basic part that everybody has to implement to claim interoperability
- An optional part, carrying advanced features. 

We should remove features that are not justified. If the need arise,   we will add them back after thourough analysis of
 the requirements of the specific use case that justifies them.

Spec. doesn't require that entire thing be used in every example, so complexity can be removed in specific cases.  This 
can be more clearly stated.  **Action: Can also reply that actual number of structures is not all that large.

wsag:All, wsag:OneOrMore and wsag:ExactlyOne. Why no wsag:ZeroOrMore etc.
