glossary and Figure 1

1. it would be good if the glossary could be moved from the appendix to the beginning of the documet, as it improves the
 readability of the entire spec. 

2. In Figure 1, the left-hand top box has no label associated to it. I assume it represents the Agreement Initiator. it 
would be good to make the role of the box explicit thorugh a label.
