Inconsistent use of expiration / termination
If the terminateAgreement operation (Section 8.2.1) is to remain part of the specification, then it should be renamed to
 expireAgreement.  In Section 4.1, under wsag:ExpirationTime, it is clearly explained that "terminationTime" refers to 
the service, not the agreement, which is referred to by "expirationTime".  Yet in 8.2.1, Terminate is now being used to 
refer to the agreement, not to a service!
