The Usage Record does not provide direct support for per-host usage statistics. It was intended for the Usage Record to 
provide direct support for a set of usage metrics commonly used in contemporary systems (determined by surveys and study
 of existing job records) and to provide an extension framework to represent data that does not correspond to one of the
 common properties.
