Semantic consistency, plus 2 nits
One comment:

- Apparently one can create a JSDL document that is syntactically correct but semantically nonsense (e.g., minimum
individual memory of 1GB, and maximum total of 1kB). Some words on that would be helpful (the Resource Management design
team spent a lot of time in a teleconference trying to figure that out).

A couple of nits:

- Section 4, second-to-last paragraph ("All elements present..."): the first sentence should be moved to the second-to-
last paragraph of section 2. The second sentence is already almost verbatim in the second-to-last paragraph of section 2
.

- Section 4, last paragraph ("Note, however..."): this sentence is already in the last paragraph of section 2, you can
take it out.

Or, if you are repeating text, a "it's worth repeating that..." kind of remark would be good.

Apart from that, the contents of the doucment are very good. Great work.
Re: Semantic consistency, plus 2 nits
Fred,

We added, and repeated at appropriate locations, the statement "All elements present..." to point out that it is
possible to construct syntactically correct documents that are nonsense. Is it too obscure? Suggestions on the kind of
text you'd like to see explaining this are welcome. (Maybe this is something to address in a non-normative document.)

Wrt the nits:
- Section 2 is "Notational Conventions" so I don't think it is appropriate to add this kind of normative statement there
.

- It may be better deleting this statement from section 2 for the same reason as above. But in any case I'll consider
how to point out text that is repeated more clearly.

Thanks.
