The specifications are important since they describe a new way of matching publishers and consumers using mutual 
filtering. The concept of mutual filtering, where the publishers, consumers, and subscribers honor each others 
constraints, is well explored in this proposal. The technology described in this proposal could be the key for building 
next generation (social or business) networks, where users are not connected by static categories, but by their 
interests and constraints. The proposal also deals with changes; networks are adjusted dynamically as new members join 
and properties or constraints of existing members change.
