First, the document looks good to me.  

Single question: you support X509, but only plain ftp as transfer protocol, not gridftp/gsiftp.  Or is that something 
you considered covered by ftp?  My understanding is that plain ftp does not support X509, but only plain usernam/passwd 
(which is covered by the doc, too, of course).
