Section 3.1.1. formulation

"DRMAA_ERRNO_NO_MEMORY and DRMAA_ERRNO_INTERNAL_ERROR errors are not specifically listed since almost all routines could
 return them." 

What is the meaning of 'almost all'? If an error can occur in all methods, please formulate a sentence like "
DRMAA_ERRNO_INTERNAL_ERROR could be returned by any of the specified functions". In the other case, please reference the
 error code in all concerning functions directly, instead of using the term "almost all".

Agreed, even though it is specified how it works.

Explicit declaration would make the spec more precise w/o changing anything in practice, except a doubt here and there.
