The list of "out of scope" items includes most interesting problems with distributed RPC. It is not clear that the API  
is appropriate for all past and future solutions to these problems. For example, there is no provision for explicit 
messages about grid authorization and authentication failures, lifetime management, or notifications, etc.

Perhaps an informational document would be more appropriate.
