Fascinating survey
I would love to see these results presented at a GGF keynote session. It seems to me that the user (i.e., developer)
experience has a lot to say to developers of standards and software. Clearly the things that must happen in order for
more Grid-based development to move forwards are, for the most part, not part of what GGF & Globus are working on.

This survey seems to pretty clearly parallel experiences of users in supercomputing environments or other large complex
systems. The tools (middleware etc.) really get in the way, as do the standards. On the one hand, the survey results
are about what I would have expected...on the other, they could help serve as a bit of a reality check for GGF members
and Globus developers.
