Thanks to everyone who commented on the use case
document during teh public comment period. 
All the comments were discussed atleast twice in the OGSA group , and accepted/rejected as per the groups opinion.

we have updated the document with all the accepted comments and have also provided the status of the comments under each
 comment thread, for anyone monitoring to see it. 

The final use case tier 1 document will be soon available once we finish the formatting. 

Once again thanks to all commenters, and people who worked on the use case document in OGSA WG.
