On page 6, in the second paragraph in section 2.3.1, in the phrase "a large part of the IT resources in the enterprise",
 the word "enterprise"  sounds mismatch in the centext, because it is not  discussed in the section. Thus, I suggest the
 alternative: "IT resources for multiple in-house systems"
