CIM is continuing to establish as  the interoperable way to represent computer related information and gets more and 
more deployed in a variety of software products. The strengths of the model lies in the flexibility of specifying 
relations between information objects, which makes it capable of representing ontology information.

It is a good trend that CIM related work is done inside the GGF, which will make their standards compatible with general
 industry developments. The Job Submission Information Modell, reflecting a very important part of grid computing should
 be seen as the first of a number of grid related CIM specifications. Especially the DMTF support the CGS group was able
 to trigger, makes this work very relevant even outside the grid community.

I highly recommend that the JSIM document will be published as an official GGF specification in the informational track.
