This is a useful document that describes the modeling approach discussed for some time now within OGSA-WG as well as the
collaboration framework between OGF and DMTF.

Some minor comments in document order:
* line 191: "basic profile" : Some more explanation is needed here since not everyone reading this document will be
familiar with OGSA profiles, what a basic profile means and so on. Also reading some later text it became unclear to me
if this really meant an OGSA profile or a CIM profile or ...

* line 202-3: "It mentions how ... is surfaced as data models": I think the meaning of the term 'surfaced' is unclear
here.

* line 210: "...parts of the schema...creating a profile": what does 'schema' refer to here? Also it might be clearer to
describe what a profile means earlier. The description comes only in section 2.2.

In general I've found the term 'profile' used with slightly different perspectives at different points in the document.
I think making clearer what it refers to (e.g., by never using the term 'profile' on its own) would make things clearer.

* line 238-239: "OGSA entities are no exception: coverage is needed for the ones that are in scope for OGSA
specifications": Presumably, by definition, OGSA entities are in scope of OGSA specifications so I am unsure what this
sentence is after.

* Figure 4: "Documents produced by other GGF WGs" should now say "OGF WGs"
Also SDO is used here but not defined elsewhere.

* line 292: "within the collaboration between the DMTF..." should probably have a few more words, e.g., "within the
collaboration framework set up between the DMTF..."

* There are minor formatting errors (in the Word document I got from the Editor tracker at least) at references 9 and 11
.

Good work.
Andreas
