Useful but needs tidying up

The GESA use cases capture the main scenarios quite well at a fairly high level. This is a useful introduction to the 
concepts and requirements in this space.

The document itself is a bit rough, there are several comments and questions [in square brackets] which should be 
cleaned up and resolved.

I think it should be cleaned up and published as a GGF document.
