1) I would suggest adding bookmarks for each section and paper at least. With a document of over 100 pages this is much 
easier to navigate. At the time being only one paper (from Ian Foster) uses bookmarks.

2) The document contains multiple paper formats. A4 and Letter

3) The "Early Application Experience with the Grid Application Toolkit (GAT)" and "Solving “Hard" Satisfiability 
Problems Using GridSAT" papers needs rework if possible on their layout: margin overflow. This could be solved if the 
paper format is A4 and not Letter.
