This seems to do a nice job of providing an agenda for CDDLM.  The treatment of topics is at an adequate level of detail
.  The only thing I did not see enough of is ties to existing standards and software (as opposed to standards-forming 
groups & guidelines).  For example, some portions of Globus already offer some of the functionality desired, as do other
 products/standards like SNMP.  But these items can be left for the future, since the document lays the groundwork.

I wanted to stress the importance of section 4.7, where ties to OGSA are made explicit.  Some of these, such as disaster
 recovery, do not seem to be on the OGSA's radar.  Making a case for what needs to be "in" and what can be left "out" (
or at an application level, not an infrastructure level) is important, and this document is a good start on making the 
case in diverse areas.
