Confidentiality and expectation of privacy are very important security concerns that need to be addressed.

Also, the people who propose a new WG/RG should have some notion of how they can confirm their documentation has reached
 the right person, so they can verify that any responses they get are from legitimate reponders (I raise this issue 
because many AD and GFSG members send messages from their work/personal email addresses -- how is someone to know who 
they are, and that they are operating within the GFSG?)
