Perhaps the GGF website can create a page at http://schemas.ggf.org where one can browse the posted schemas

Hi Michael,

thanks for the comments. The idea to have the relevant schemas downloadable for public use (and, very important, for 
online XML document validation) was one of the central use cases for this document.

Currently, I am in close contact with Greg Newby to get this servce up and running.
