I represent the WLCG (LHC) project on IGTF.

I have read this document and find it to be an extremely useful presentation of the essential issues that need to be 
addressed for CA's wishing to issue certificates for use in the Grid world. It is very clearly written and as far as I 
can tell is complete. This document should definitely be pulished by OGF.
