* GFSG has noted in email that this document is approved for publication
* Notified RFC editor to publish draft-dijkstra-urn-ogf, adding GFD.191 as reference.
* Incorporated public comments in GWD-C document
* Notified commenters and GFSG

We're now waiting for the RFC editor to assign a RFC number before the GWD-C document can be published as GFD.191.

Incorporated a few minor textual changes as spotted by Richard Hughes-Jones.

Status as of the standards council telecon June 6:

IETF said this draft was successfully submitted and posted to the IETF repository.  The OGF document may be somewhat different.  Our understanding is 
that this effort is first being worked via IETF, and then OGF will do a document that relies upon the IETF document.

Essentially, this is a way of OGF providing a namespace that is consistent with the more general IETF document.

As such, we will hold this document, and ping the author monthly or so for updates.  Once the IETF document is published, we will start public comment
 for this OGF document.

Richard will confirm this, and we'll update the tracker if needed.

Thanks for this.  I am sending a few separate inquiries by email, and once it is confirmed ready, we will move this to standards council review.
