Basis for the discussion are Oliver's slides.

It has been agreed that the WS-Agreement protocol alone is not enough.

Slide 2: Before the refineAgreement() call, the Agreement Initiator asks for the SLA template.

Slide 2: refineAgreement() may return multiple Offers.

Slide 3: createAgreement() can be replaced by prepareAgreement() and commitAgreement().
