Updates on last meeting actions:

• Sergio asked OGF about public comments; after internal consultation we agreed to go again for public comment for each document related to a rendering; this is because last public comment was more than two years ago; we prefer to give the community one more chance to express their voice for transparency in the process
• Sergio uploaded the current XSD from GLUE 2.0 used by NorduGrid in the GLUE repository; we will restart from this to align to GLUE 2.0 final
• SQL: Sergio was contacted by Ilya Saverchenko from LRZ; he and his colleagues are willing to carry on with the SQL realization

Flat Structure vs. Hierarchical

• JP Navarro reports experience from flat structure vs. hierarchical; initial months of adoptions were oriented on flat structure; found advantages, but also some drawback; last period they are investing on hierarchical and consider this the way to go; therefore the group agree that we will standardize only hierarchical version;
• JP Navarro also reports that they have a converter from GLUE 2.0 XML to ClassAds and they use this info to perform matchmaking

Changes to current rendering

Actions:

• Sergio: to create a table in the wiki with list of XML parser and XSD validator used by each implementor
• JP Navarro: to upload in the GLUE repository a sample XML document of hierarchical structure being generated by TeraGrid
• Sergio: to expand current GLUE 2.0 XSD with storage part; will ask for comments to Paul Millar or other persons involved in SRM implementation
